Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We ship to eligible serviceable locations based on the shipping options available at checkout.
If your address is not serviceable, we may contact you to correct the address, arrange an alternative option, or cancel and refund the order.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, incorrect address details, operational delays, or events outside our control.

Zaza Shop is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or returned packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address details provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the product, outer packaging, and shipping label.
We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution where applicable.
8. Product Handling During Shipping
Our products may include bath, beauty, herbal skin care, and cosmetic items that should be stored properly after delivery.
Zaza Shop is not responsible for product damage caused by improper storage, prolonged exposure to heat, mishandling after delivery, or delays caused by the customer’s unavailability.
9. Lost Packages
If tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours, building management, reception, or the shipping carrier.
If the issue remains unresolved, contact us so we can review the matter with the carrier where possible.
10. International Shipping
International shipping, if available, may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, inspection, and local regulations.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges, duties, taxes, or import restrictions unless stated otherwise at checkout.
11. Order Changes and Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations can only be requested before the order is processed or dispatched.
